Our, six‑step process — from initial discovery through to launch and beyond.
We start by understanding your business, your ideal clients, and what makes you different to your competitors. This isn't a generic intake form, it's a structured conversation that shapes every decision that follows. We will usually send you a 'Google Meet' video call link, however we can arrage in-person meetings in some circumstances.
Before any visual design, we map the site structure and content hierarchy. Wireframes answer the question: does this site tell the right story in the right order? We also create reference files highlighting colour paletes, wording and tone choices, from our discovery call with you.
Section designs, content blocks, media placement, and animation & transition choices are made. Once again, we discuss this with you beforehand in your discovery call
We assemble all of the content, design, and media files and integrate them into a functioning website using a combination of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript coding. For websites that are infrequently updated we will hardcode them for error reduction and file management simplicity. For more complex websites or websites that will need to be updated regularly, we build a CMS (Content Management System) to enable rapid edits and changes across the site. Once we're done, we publish the website to a temporary domain for review. As part of the build we also test forms and other functions for bugs.
We send you a link to view the website for providing feedback and requesting any edits or alterations. We address every item in priority order. Once we have completed the changes, we return to you for the final round of feedback and edits. We always make absolutely sure that you are pleased with the outcome.
We connect your prefered domain and configure Google Analytics to monitor traffic and a Cloudflare function to monitor website health. Finally we publish your beautiful new domain!
